With approximately 20 years of culinary experience in Canada, Babak is known for quality ingredients, traditional Iranian flavours, and a creative approach to familiar dishes. Through Pars Grill, he has served major events, distinguished guests, and earned recognition from Canadian national media. His philosophy is simple: every plate should be something he would proudly serve to his own family.
