By visiting our website, placing an order, making a reservation, purchasing a product or service, participating in a promotion, or otherwise interacting with PARS GRILL, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website, place an online order, or use any service that requires acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that may apply to specific promotions, events, catering services, reservations, gift cards, or other services.

By accessing or using the PARS GRILL website, you represent that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into an agreement.
  • You will use the website only for lawful purposes.

If you place an order on behalf of another person, company, organization, or group, you represent that you have authority to act on their behalf.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

3. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on our website is current and accurate.

However, restaurant operations change frequently. Therefore, information concerning menu items, ingredients, prices, availability, restaurant hours, special events, promotions, alcoholic beverages, seasonal items, photos, descriptions, and services may occasionally change without immediate updates to the website.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

If there is a material discrepancy affecting an order you have placed, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

We aim to keep our website and online services available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical problems
  • Internet outages
  • Server problems
  • Cybersecurity events
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Payment processing issues
  • Software updates
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website or online services without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

4. Website Availability

5. Menu Availability

All menu items are subject to availability.

Certain dishes may sell out, be offered seasonally, or become temporarily unavailable due to ingredient availability, preparation requirements, supply interruptions, operational conditions, or other circumstances.

We reserve the right to:

  • Add or remove menu items
  • Change ingredients
  • Change portions
  • Change recipes
  • Substitute ingredients where appropriate
  • Adjust menu prices
  • Limit quantities
  • Discontinue products
  • Offer items only during specific hours or days

These changes may be made without prior notice.

Descriptions and photographs of food and beverages are intended to provide a general representation of the products offered by PARS GRILL.

Actual presentation, portion size, appearance, garnish, packaging, colour, or preparation may vary.

Food photography displayed online, in advertising, or on social media is for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the final product served.

6. Menu Descriptions and Images

7. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed at the time the order is submitted and accepted, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Applicable taxes, service charges, delivery charges, third-party platform fees, gratuities, deposits, or other authorized charges may be added to the listed menu price.

While we make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is incorrectly priced because of a technical, administrative, or typographical error, PARS GRILL reserves the right to:

  • Correct the price
  • Contact you before fulfilling the order
  • Offer you the opportunity to proceed at the correct price
  • Cancel and refund the affected item or order

An obvious pricing error does not obligate PARS GRILL to provide a product at the incorrect price.

8. Pricing Errors

9. Taxes

Applicable federal, provincial, and local taxes will be added where required by law.

The final total displayed during checkout may therefore differ from the listed menu subtotal.

By placing an order with PARS GRILL, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed by PARS GRILL or the applicable ordering platform.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Product unavailability
  • Restaurant closure
  • Payment failure
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Excessive order quantities
  • Inability to prepare the order within a reasonable period
  • Safety concerns
  • Violation of these Terms

10. Placing an Order

11. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before submitting it.

This includes checking:

  • Menu items
  • Quantities
  • Modifications
  • Special instructions
  • Pickup time
  • Contact information
  • Allergies disclosed to the restaurant
  • Payment information

Once preparation has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Pickup and preparation times are estimates only.

Actual preparation times may vary because of:

  • Restaurant volume
  • Large orders
  • Kitchen capacity
  • Special preparation requirements
  • Equipment issues
  • Staffing
  • Holidays
  • Events
  • Weather
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

A quoted pickup time does not constitute a guaranteed completion time.

12. Estimated Preparation Times

13. Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for collecting pickup orders within a reasonable time after the order is ready.

Food quality, temperature, texture, and freshness may deteriorate if an order is collected late.

PARS GRILL is not responsible for deterioration caused by an unreasonable delay in pickup after the order has been prepared.

If you believe that an item is missing, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact PARS GRILL as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Details of the issue
  • Photographs where appropriate

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund. The appropriate remedy will depend on the individual circumstances.

14. Incorrect or Missing Items

15. Third-Party Delivery Platforms

PARS GRILL may make its food available through third-party ordering or delivery services.

When you use a third-party service, additional terms imposed by that provider may apply.

Third-party companies may independently control matters such as:

  • Delivery fees
  • Driver assignment
  • Estimated delivery times
  • Delivery areas
  • Platform service charges
  • Refund procedures
  • Promotional codes
  • Customer accounts

PARS GRILL is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party delivery providers where those matters are outside our reasonable control.

Where delivery is provided by a third party, delivery times are estimates only.

Delays may occur because of weather, traffic, road conditions, driver availability, high order volume, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances.

Customers should contact the relevant delivery provider for issues primarily related to transportation or delivery.

16. Delivery Delays

17. Important Allergy Notice

Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or medical dietary requirements should inform PARS GRILL before ordering.

Our kitchen may prepare or handle ingredients containing common allergens, including:

  • Milk and dairy
  • Eggs
  • Wheat and gluten
  • Sesame
  • Tree nuts
  • Peanuts
  • Soy
  • Mustard
  • Fish
  • Shellfish
  • Other allergens

Cross-contact may occur in restaurant kitchens even where reasonable precautions are taken. Therefore, PARS GRILL cannot guarantee that any menu item will be completely free from a specific allergen.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special dietary requests where possible.

However, substitutions or modifications may not always be available.

Customers with serious allergies or medically significant dietary restrictions should speak directly with restaurant staff before ordering.

Statements such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-friendly, dairy-free, or similar descriptions should not be interpreted as a guarantee that cross-contact cannot occur.

18. Special Dietary Requests

19. Legal Drinking Age

Alcoholic beverages are sold and served only in accordance with applicable Ontario laws and regulations. You must be at least 19 years of age to purchase, possess, receive, or consume alcoholic beverages in Ontario.
Valid government-issued identification may be required.

PARS GRILL reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or sale where permitted or required by law, including where:

  • Valid identification cannot be provided
  • A person appears intoxicated
  • There is concern about service to a minor
  • There is concern about public safety
  • Alcohol laws or licensing requirements require refusal

Restaurant employees have discretion to comply with responsible alcohol service requirements.

20. Right to Refuse Alcohol Service

21. Alcohol Takeout or Delivery

Where alcoholic beverages are offered for takeout or delivery, such sales remain subject to all applicable legal requirements.

Customers may be required to:

  • Provide proof of age
  • Present valid identification
  • Receive the order personally
  • Comply with restrictions concerning alcohol transportation and consumption

Alcohol will not be knowingly provided to persons who are under the legal drinking age or where doing so would violate applicable law.

22. Reservations

Where PARS GRILL accepts reservations, customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name
  • Contact information
  • Number of guests
  • Reservation date
  • Reservation time
  • Special requirements

A reservation is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from PARS GRILL or an authorized reservation provider.

23. Reservation Arrival Time

Guests are encouraged to arrive on time. If your party is significantly late, PARS GRILL may release the table where reasonably necessary to accommodate other guests.

If you expect to be late, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible.

24. Reservation Duration

During high-demand periods, seating times may be subject to reasonable duration limits. Where such limits apply, customers may be informed during booking or upon arrival.

25. Large Groups and Special Events

Large parties, private events, catering bookings, or special functions may require:

  • A deposit
  • Advance payment
  • A minimum spend
  • A set menu
  • A service charge
  • Advance notice of guest counts
  • Specific cancellation conditions

Additional written terms may apply to these reservations. Where additional terms are provided, those terms will apply together with these Terms and Conditions.

26. Reservation Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Customers should cancel or modify reservations as early as reasonably possible.
For ordinary reservations, cancellation terms may vary depending on the reservation size, date, event, and restaurant policy.

27. Deposits

Where a deposit is required for a large booking, private event, or special reservation, the applicable deposit and cancellation policy will be communicated before payment.

Deposits may be non-refundable where clearly disclosed and legally permitted, particularly where PARS GRILL has reserved capacity, purchased ingredients, scheduled staff, or incurred costs specifically for the event.

28. No-Shows

Repeated failure to attend confirmed reservations without cancellation may affect a customer’s ability to make future reservations.

For reservations requiring deposits or guarantees, no-show charges may apply where disclosed in advance.

29. Food Orders

Because food and beverages are perishable and typically prepared specifically for an individual order, orders generally cannot be returned once properly prepared and supplied.

Refunds are not automatically provided simply because:

  • A customer changes their mind
  • A customer no longer wants the item
  • The food was not collected promptly
  • A customer selected the wrong item
  • A customer did not review the menu description

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

30. Restaurant Errors

If PARS GRILL makes a material error in preparing your order, please contact us promptly.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide:

  • A corrected item
  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Store credit

The remedy will depend on the nature and circumstances of the issue.

31. Refund Method

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing times may depend on your bank, payment processor, card issuer, or third-party ordering platform.

32. Accepted Payment Methods

PARS GRILL may accept payment through methods including:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Contactless payment
  • Cash
  • Online payment systems
  • Approved third-party platforms
  • Gift cards

Available payment methods may vary.

33. Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method.
  • The information provided is accurate.
  • You authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

PARS GRILL may use third-party payment processors to complete transactions.

34. Payment Security

Payment information may be processed by independent payment service providers. PARS GRILL does not necessarily receive or permanently store complete payment card information.

Payment processing may therefore be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant payment provider.

35. Tips

Optional gratuities may be offered during payment. Unless clearly stated otherwise, gratuities are voluntary.

36. Automatic Gratuity or Service Charges

For large groups, special events, catering, or other specified services, a service charge or automatic gratuity may apply.

Where applicable, the charge will be disclosed before or at the time of payment in accordance with applicable requirements.

37. Gift Cards

If PARS GRILL offers gift cards, additional terms may apply.

Gift cards:

  • Have no cash value except where required by law
  • Cannot normally be exchanged for cash
  • Must be presented when redeemed
  • May be subject to reasonable verification procedures

Any applicable expiry, dormancy fee, replacement, or redemption provisions will comply with applicable law.

38. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

PARS GRILL is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of gift cards except where required by law.

Replacement may require proof of purchase and verification that the balance remains unused.

39. Promotional Offers

PARS GRILL may periodically offer:

  • Promotional pricing
  • Discount codes

  • Promotions may be limited to one use per customer.
  • Promotions may exclude taxes, alcohol, gratuities, delivery charges, or service fees.
  • Promotions may expire.

PARS GRILL may cancel or modify a promotion where legally permitted, including where an error, fraud, technical problem, or misuse occurs.

41. Respectful Conduct

PARS GRILL is committed to providing a respectful environment for customers and staff.

Customers must not engage in:

  • Threatening behaviour
  • Harassment
  • Violence
  • Discrimination
  • Abusive language
  • Deliberate property damage
  • Illegal conduct
  • Conduct that creates a significant safety risk
  • Serious disruption of restaurant operations

PARS GRILL may refuse service or require a person to leave where reasonably necessary to protect employees, customers, property, or restaurant operations and where permitted by law.

42. Damage to Property

Customers may be responsible for damage to restaurant property caused intentionally or through negligent behaviour, subject to applicable law.

43. Supervision of Children

Children must be appropriately supervised by a responsible parent, guardian, or accompanying adult while on restaurant premises.

PARS GRILL is not responsible for injuries resulting from inadequate supervision, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
